Cooking & Storage

Please consume your meal within 24 hours and do not refreeze it if it has been thawed.

You can store our meals in the fridge to cook and consume within 24 hours.

Please remove the meals from the trays or bowls and place into a suitable dish before heating up in the oven or stovetop. Please ensure that your meal is thoroughly heated before consuming.

As the name suggests, microwaves use short energy waves that cause the molecules within food to vibrate, rapidly building-up energy to heat your meal. Emitting waves similar to a radio, food is cooked in the shortest possible time and requires minimal liquid. This helps to retain more vitamins and minerals than traditional cooking methods.

Packaging & Help

Our delicious meals are made fresh and snap-frozen in Perth, Western Australia with ingredients sourced locally and globally based on seasonality and availability throughout the year.

Yes, most of our packaging is recyclable. Our paperboard sleeves and boxes as well as our plastic trays and bowls are kerbside recyclable. You can also recycle the plastic film in REDcycle bins at your local supermarket.
